    hello Leo, thanks for the response. I came to the conclusion that you might be right because i have to admit that i don't know my non-blended tea good enough. But do you think Leo i should recognise them without knowing anything on forehand of the tea? Do you think i could do both of them just simple blending every now and than? You probably know the book by Walsh written in 1898?And he had kind of habit to add at a blend when finished a bit of Formosa Oolong to make it more smooth and to give more flavour. And i did so the other day and it worked perfect. I hope to stay in touch, Bart.

      Certainly jack60. It's rather like cooking, (who made this analogy first? I like it) after you've discovered a couple of teas, you try to play with it. I do, however, agree with longjing 43 that adventuring into non-blended tea is no less challenging. The customization of infusion details for a tea can literally transform it.
